The year-round Leland Lodge has long been focused on meetings and retreats. The Lodge’s secluded location in Leelanau County, offers the privacy and exclusivity corporate meeting planners prefer and The Lodge offers an assortment of indoor and outdoor event space.
For many years, the Lodge has also been the preferred Family Retreat destination where generations of one family buy out the Lodge’s 21 units and take over all the event space for a variety of family activities. Recent family retreats included events that took advantage of the Lodge’s flexible event space.
Such as:
- Private family dining rooms
- Movie theatre set up with state-of-the-art video/audio systems…as well as movie staples such as popcorn and candy.
- Sled and Toboggan races on the adjacent sledding hills.
- Game Room / Poker Room
- Indoor Cornhole and Golf Putting contests
- Etc
Our largest event room, The Oak Room, overlooks the historic Leland Country Club to the east and our landscaped courtyard and garden to the west. Adjacent to The Oak Room, is the Wine Bar and Wine Cellar, which allows for a more intimate and upscale space for private events, including a private terrace overlooking the Leland Country Club. Our Courtyard and adjacent Garden creates an idyllic outdoor event space.
